Welcome to Mevia. This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the Mevia mobile application and related services. By downloading, installing, or using the application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined below.
If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please discontinue use of the application immediately.
Mevia is intended solely for adults aged 18 years or older. By using the app, you represent and warrant that:
• You are at least 18 years old;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement;
• You will use the application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to use Mevia.
Mevia is a fashion journaling and styling diary application that allows users to:
• Upload hair clip styling and outfit photos;
• Write personal thoughts, impressions, and diary content related to fashion styling;
• Generate and save personal fashion diary entries;
• Review previously created diary records within the app.
The application is intended for personal and non-commercial use only unless otherwise authorized.
You retain ownership of all photos, text, diary entries, and related materials uploaded or created within Mevia (“User Content”).
By using the app, you confirm that:
• You own the content you upload or have the legal right to use it;
• Your content does not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal rights;
• Your content does not contain unlawful, harmful, abusive, or offensive material.
You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, store, or share through the application.
You agree not to use Mevia to:
• Upload illegal, infringing, defamatory, or inappropriate content;
• Interfere with the operation, stability, or security of the application;
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or stored information;
• Reverse engineer, duplicate, modify, or exploit any part of the app without authorization;
• Use the application for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of access to the application.
Mevia may store diary entries, uploaded images, and related records in order to provide core functionality and improve user experience.
While we strive to provide reliable storage and app performance, we do not guarantee that all stored diary records, uploaded content, or generated entries will always remain available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Users are encouraged to maintain backups of important content independently.
All software, interface designs, graphics, logos, visual elements, and related materials within Mevia are owned by the app or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted, users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any part of the application without prior written authorization.
Your use of Mevia is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how user information and uploaded content may be collected, stored, and protected.
By using the app, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that:
• The app will always function without interruptions or technical issues;
• Stored diary entries or uploaded images will never be lost;
• The application will always meet individual creative or personal expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all express and implied warranties are disclaimed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mevia and its operators shall not be liable for:
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
• Loss of uploaded photos, diary entries, or stored records;
• Damages arising from unauthorized access or misuse of the app;
• Errors related to content storage or app functionality.
Your use of the application is entirely at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Mevia at any time if users violate this Agreement or engage in activities harmful to the app or other users.
You may stop using the application at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
We may revise or update this Agreement periodically. Updated versions become effective once published within the app or associated services.
Continued use of Mevia after modifications indicates acceptance of the revised Agreement.
